Brian Pearce began his mortgage career thirteen years ago in Columbus, Ohio.  He then relocated to Charlotte as Assistant Manager for a financial organization where he worked directly with customers to meet the goals of obtaining qualified mortgage products for their specific situations. He then worked as a Production Manager developing loan programs and originating loan products for community banks in seven states.  Today, Brian serves as loan originator at American Security Mortgage where he works directly with home buyers to help them meet their home ownership dreams.  His vast experience in Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA financing helps fulfill his goal of finding the best product for each individual customer and their specific situation.
 
Brian has been married to his wife Allison for nine years and has two children, Callie (age 5) and Nate (age 2).  Because of his family, he makes every customer a priority by working hard to find the mortgage program that best suits their needs.
